How to Order
All of the items in our printed catalogue can be ordered on our web site.
How to Find What You Are Looking For
You can either find the product you want by using our search facility (basic or advanced search available) or you can use the navigation in the left margin of the website to browse within categories. Most categories are then broken down to a number of sub-categories) to show a more specific range of items.
You can view full details of any product you are interested in by clicking on the ‘more info’ button.
Once you have found a product you would like to buy, select the quantity, product colour and appropriate branding option in the ‘Quote Options’ area. Note: The quantity shown initially shows the lowest quantity available with branding.
Please note: if you are unsure how many print colours are required to print your artwork, please contact us for confirmation.
If you change any of the available options, click on ‘Calculate Price’ to update and when you’re happy with your choice, simply click ‘Add to Cart’. You can view items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the ‘Shopping Cart’ button on the top left.
View Shopping Cart
From the ‘Your Cart’ screen you can adjust the quantity of any product in the cart or delete products. Note: After adjusting a quantity, please press the ‘Update Cart’ button to confirm your choice and update pricing.
If you are entitled to a customer loyalty discount, you can view this in the ‘Current Total’ section on the ‘Your Cart’ page.
Please note that the ‘Cart Value’ on the top left includes any individual item discounts but excludes delivery and VAT. Customer loyalty discounts will only be included if you are logged in.
When you are ready to proceed with your order, click on the ‘Order on Account’ button.
If you are a new customer, please create a new account by clicking on ‘Create an Account’.
Order Confirmation
Once all the delivery details have been completed, click ‘Next Step’ to proceed to the order confirmation page. Please check the order details carefully, along with our terms and conditions and then click ‘Confirm Order’.

Once we have received your order, we will contact you within 24 hours (usually same day) to request artwork. Alternatively, you can email it to
Payment
Our normal terms are 30 days for all credit approved customer accounts. If you do not have a credit account we can take payment by card, cheque or bank transfer.
Please note that all first and second orders are on pro forma terms after which a credit account can be applied for
