Problems with embedded low res images in Adobe Illustrator files

Please ensure that Adobe Illustrator artwork files are sent with h-res CMYK images embedded or supply the images separately as 'Linked' files in Illustrator are lost when they are saved.

The final artwork should have had the high-res images supplied as 300dpi / CMYK

Here are some tips:

1. Embed imges in the document as hi-res, or
2. Linked in the document and supplied as separate files, or
3. If the job is 4 colour process, export artwork as composite CMYK TIF, PDF or EPS
